Stylish Montrose Townhome - Sleeps 10

Great location. Walkable to many cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and the place looked as advertised. Accessible by key-code which was great when having several people staying at the property. However, for a long term stay the house lacked essential and good kitchen and cleaning supplies such as more and better quality pots and pans, serving bowls, a strainer, a blender, a vacuum, etc. Additionally, the first few weeks there the dryer did not work, there were issues with the AC, and there were people scheduled to work in the house or on the roof of the house without letting us know in advance often leaving us surprised and with a lot of noise. The property manager was very responsive over text and was able to address most problems or issues we raised as best as they could. Last note I would add is that the property is advertised for 10 but can only really accommodate 6 comfortably in the beds.
